Returns within 24 hours: The buyer has the right to request a refund for the product within 24 hours from the invoice date.
Non-refundable/Non-exchangeable after 24 hours: The buyer is not entitled to exchange or refund the amount after 24 working hours from the invoice date, as our products are custom-made specifically for each customer based on their requested design and measurements.
Refund processing time: Upon a valid return, the paid amount will be refunded via bank transfer within 5 to 10 working days back to the original card used for the purchase, or through an agreed-upon method between both parties.
